These Terms of Service govern your use of the QuickScript platform.

These Terms govern your use of the QuickScript website and online consultation services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
- You must be 18+ and located in the UK.
- By using QuickScript, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of the Service
- QuickScript connects patients to independent prescribing pharmacists (“Pharmacists”) for minor, non-emergency conditions.
- QuickScript is not a pharmacy or healthcare provider.
- Clinical decisions are made solely by the Pharmacists.
- If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 999.
3. Pharmacists
- Pharmacists are GPhC-registered and hold valid indemnity insurance.
- They operate independently.
- We verify their credentials but do not control clinical decision-making.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and honest information.
- Use the service only for minor, non-emergency health issues.
- Follow the Pharmacist’s advice.
- Pay the consultation fee.
- Accept that medication costs are separate.
5. Payments
- Prescribing consultation: £35
- Advice consultation: £15
- Upgrade from advice to prescription: £25 (total £40)
- Payment is via Stripe; we don’t store card details.
- No refund if a Pharmacist declines to prescribe.
- Refunds considered case-by-case.
6. Prescriptions
- Issued electronically via SignatureRx.
- You will receive a code to present at a UK pharmacy.
- We are not responsible for medicine pricing or availability.
7. Intellectual Property
Content on QuickScript is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use without permission.
8. Liability
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or injury caused by negligence.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
- We are not responsible for clinical care decisions, which rest with the Pharmacists.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify QuickScript from claims arising from misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service means you accept the new Terms.
